How do I order online?

Click on the item you like. Select the quantity required from the drop down list, select the size you require from the drop down options (if you can not add the size you require to cart it means we have sold out of that size), click add to cart button, you have the option to proceed to checkout or close the pop up screen and continue shopping. You can always check your current cart by clicking top RHS shopping bag. 

Once you are in the cart, follow the prompts to checkout as a guest or register so next time your purchase your details are ready to go. 

You can also choose to checkout express with paypal, which automatically enters your address and processes payment.

How long will it take to receive my order? 

To answer short, next day if ordered before 6pm AEDST, but please allow up to 3 days for australian deliveries (depending on your location) and 7-10 days for international shipping.

If your order is placed before 6pmAEST during M - F you should receive your order the following day. If you place your order after 6pm or over the weekend (public holiday) you will receive your order after 2 working days. 

Do you ship outside of Australia?

Yes, we ship to most countries and offer a flat rate of $20AUD world wide. 

What if I don't like the product or it doesn't fit?

We offer exchange or refund for any product (except earrings) if it's returned within 14 days of the purchase date in its original packaging. 

How do I return the product?

Simply post the item(s) to TSM PO BOX 118 BALMAIN NSW 2041 with your exchange option - size or refund (including original packaging and receipt) and we will process and return the require size or item or contact you if a refund is preferred.

How do I find out my current loyalty points?

Simply pop us an email hello@theshirtmuse.com.au and we will let you know.  

My Label says geisker not TSM?

Up until 11th Decemeber 2015 The Shirt Muse was called geisker (pronounced guysker fun fact), we decided to rebrand the business to The Shirt Muse. 

Where are the products made?

We now manufacturer in Western Australia, previously Hong Kong. Our jewellery & Swarovski crystal cufflinks are made in Australia too. 

Can I buy your products in person?

We recently had a pop up boutique in Balmain, however we currently do not have any retail shops or pop ups. You can only buy our products exclusively through us. We plan to open a retail store in 2017.

How often do you bring out new styles?

We currently bring out new styles every 4 - 6weeks. Join our mailing list so you never miss a release. 

How secure is my transaction online?

Very secure, we use ANZ merchant banking facilities, we also have current SSL certificates.
